United in Perth
Premier League powerhouse Manchester United brought their 10-day pre-season training camp to Australia for their United in Perth Tour in July 2019. The Club played two matches at Optus Stadium against local A-League team Perth Glory and long time rivals Leeds United.
KOJO was appointed by VenuesLive to deliver end-to-end Sports Presentation across both matches along with Open Trainings at the WACA and HBF Park for Manchester United and Leeds United.

The show was carefully planned to take fans on a journey through the pre-game show into the opening kick. Key pieces included a ‘Welcome to Perth’ entrance utilising live speakers to open the show, Welcome to Country performed by a group of local indigenous dancers, fully synchronised team entry with lighting, pyro, audio and visual content, player interviews and fan integrated moments with the Optus Stadium app synching to the stadium lighting system.
More than 100,000 fans were treated to a spectacular performance both inside Optus Stadium and across Western Australia providing incredible exposure for the Stadium with strong engagement and recognition from Manchester United and also a huge boost for Western Australian Tourism.
